Job Summary
Conduct end-to-end consulting for customers on complex SAP HCM Payroll projects, including analysis, optimization, and digitalization of payroll and time management processes. Implement requirements within SAP HCM Customizing for modules PA, PY, and PT while coordinating with developers on individual customer solutions. Support implementations, rollouts, and optimization initiatives, taking on project responsibility and coaching junior consultants based on experience. Leverage strong SAP HCM Payroll expertise, including knowledge of PA, PY, and PT, alongside ABAP and debugging skills to drive HR process improvements. Required Qualifications
- Erfahrung im SAP HCM Umfeld mit Schwerpunkt Payroll
- Kenntnisse in SAP PA, PY und idealerweise PT
- Erfahrung im SAP Customizing
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
