Job Summary
Manage SAP security stacks for an electronics manufacturer by creating and managing user roles, performing provisioning tasks, and reviewing access for compliance. Develop security policies, monitor for unauthorized access, and implement controls to mitigate risks. Investigate security incidents, identify root causes, and report findings to stakeholders while ensuring system compliance with industry regulations. Collaborate with functional teams to understand business needs and provide training on security best practices. Work remotely during afternoon hours from 12 PM to 8 PM EST.
Required Qualifications
- 3-4 years of hands on support experience in SAP Security in ECC, CRM, Portal, SAP BW, GRC
- Advanced knowledge of SAP best practices
- Ability to identify, escalate, and address production issues
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- English
- Remote - but working hours are 12 PM EST to 8 PM EST
