Job Summary
Lead Engagements by planning, managing, and executing day-to-day SAP Security and Authorization design projects. Evaluate Controls to assess the design and effectiveness of SAP Security, Authorization Concepts, and SAP IT Controls. Drive Compliance & Risk Management by reviewing client IT policies against industry standards and leading frameworks. Deliver Strategic Insights through publication-quality reports and actionable recommendations for C-suite stakeholders. Lead & Develop People by supervising and mentoring consultants to deliver exceptional client work. Ensure Effective Project Governance by managing finances, resource allocation, and client portfolios. Drive Business Growth by collaborating on proposals and participating in client pitches.
Required Qualifications
- 7-8+ years of professional experience in SAP Security engagements (design, implementation, and quality assurance)
- Deep understanding of the SAP ecosystem, specifically SAP S/4HANA, SAP IAM/IAG and SAP GRC suite
- Strong understanding of SAP IT Audits, from designing solutions to implementing changes
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex IT processes and recommend optimization strategies
- Proven track record of managing projects and leading cross-functional teams
- Exceptional written and spoken English, with a proven ability to write executive-level reports and present to C-level stakeholders
- Professional fluency in Polish to effectively collaborate with local stakeholders and support projects in the Polish market
Desired Qualifications
- Professional certifications such as SAP Security, CISA, CISM, CISSP or ISO 27001
- Previous experience gained in professional services, advisory or IT consulting environments
