SAP SD/TM/OTM Lead - Techno Functional Analyst

Job Summary
Lead the functional analysis, design, and configuration of SAP SD/TM/OTM modules to meet business requirements; gather and translate requirements into technical specifications; design and implement SAP SD/TM/OTM solutions including customizations and integrations with SAP modules; mentor junior analysts; conduct testing and develop process flows, configuration guides, and training materials; collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and IT teams to ensure on-time delivery; optimize SAP processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs; stay current with SAP best practices and lead user training; relocation support offered; hybrid work arrangement in Rock Hill, SC.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering or another related field and 7+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SD/TM/OTM module implementation, configuration, and support, OR 14+ years of related experience if no Bachelor's Degree
- Strong expertise in SAP SD business processes, including sales order management, billing, and delivery
- Proficiency in SAP configuration tools and customization techniques
- Solid understanding of SAP system architecture and integration with other modules (TM, OTM, GATP, EWM, MM, FI, CO)
- Experience with data analysis and report development
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with change management and user adoption strategies
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
