Job Summary
Lead or support SAP SD OTC solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities for end-to-end Order-to-Cash transformation initiatives. Analyze current-state business processes to translate requirements into scalable SAP solutions, partnering with cross-functional teams to improve order management, pricing, billing, delivery, and customer fulfillment. Support integration points across SAP modules, participate in incident resolution and root cause analysis, and contribute to business process improvements that enhance efficiency and accuracy. Document functional designs and process flows clearly while collaborating with stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation, analytics, and AI-enabled enhancements within OTC processes. Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and align with client expectations in a consultative manner.
Required Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience as an SAP SD OTC Consultant
- Proven experience supporting end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes in enterprise environments
- Solid understanding of SAP SD core functionalities, including sales orders, pricing, delivery, billing, and credit management
- Experience gathering requirements, configuring solutions, and supporting testing and implementation efforts
- Ability to work effectively with business users, functional teams, and technical teams
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and recommend effective solutions
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience supporting project lifecycles in consulting, implementation, or managed services environments
- Familiarity with process improvement concepts, automation opportunities, and data-driven decision-making
- Comfort working in environments where AI, analytics, or intelligent automation are part of the transformation agenda
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA SD and modern OTC process design
- Exposure to integrated business processes involving finance, supply chain, logistics, or customer service
- Familiarity with automation tools, workflow optimization, or intelligent process improvement initiatives
- Experience contributing to AI-enabled transformation programs or digital innovation efforts
- Knowledge of reporting, analytics, and KPI-driven process management
- Experience in global, multi-country, or highly regulated enterprise environments
- An appreciation for innovation, continuous improvement, and modern delivery approaches, including automation and AI-enabled services
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- SAP certification in SD, S/4HANA, or related functional areas is an advantage
- Additional certifications in business process management, project delivery, cloud, analytics, or AI-related disciplines are a plus
