SAP SD Functional Analyst (Contract)

Job Summary
Apply business process knowledge and SAP experience to resolve and implement changes to the SAP Production environment. Design, develop, and report on new functionality while assisting the MRO team in solving errors relative to SD processes. Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly reporting to management, perform system integration assistance, and execute regression testing using formal methodologies. Review work instructions to recommend streamlined solutions and provide mentoring and training to SAP users. Support flow between Front Office Orders, Material Movements, and MRO SAP System Processes, with 95% onsite work at Airbus Helicopters, Inc.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience directly tied to SAP support
- Minimum 3 years in business analytics and/or statistics experience
- Minimum 3 years in Sales and/or Customer Service
- Minimum 5 years of SAP experience (direct experience in SD/MM/PP modules)
- Experienced in formal testing methodologies, processes and tools required for testing functionality of programs
- Should clearly understand the value of unit, integration, system and regression testing
- Must have experience analyzing large data sets with the ability to draw strategic insights from analysis and effectively summarize and present findings to management
- Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written form in English
- MS Office skills
- SAP CAC or ability to obtain a CAC
- 5% Domestic and International travel
- Authorized to Work in the US
- Steel-toed shoes required for all shop floor visits
- Appropriate hearing/eye protection required when visiting the shop floor
- Respirators/Masks required as required by site and/or customer site
- Protective Gloves required as required by site and/or customer site
- Safety Shoes required for all shop floor visits
- Safety Glasses required for all shop floor visits
- Hearing Protection required when visiting the shop floor

- Able to see and read computer screens and other electronic equipment
- Able to read documents, reports and engineering drawings
- Able to participate in conversations in person and via teleconference or phone
- Able to hear sounds on the production floor including safety warnings or alarms

- Able to deliver information and participate in communications
- Able to operate most office and personal electronic equipment
- Able to use electronic identification card to enter building floors and internal doors
- Able to carry documents, tools, drawings, electronic equipment up to 30lbs/14kgs
- Able to lift documents, tools, drawings, electronic equipment up to 30lbs/14kgs
- Able to push and pull small office furniture and some equipment and tools
- Able to sit for long periods of time in meetings, working on the computer
- Able to squat or kneel to retrieve or replace items stored on low shelving
- Able to stand for discussions in offices or on the production floor
- Able to travel independently and at short notice
- Able to walk through office and production areas including uneven surfaces
- Must be fully autonomous in daily activities
- Work is reviewed for soundness of judgment and overall adequacy and accuracy

Desired Qualifications
- Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
