Job Summary
SAP SD/CX Consultant with responsibility for providing business, functional and technical support on SAP Sales and CX solutions including SD, CRM, Cloud4Customer (C4C), and related modules. Gather requirements, assess gaps in current processes, and develop solutions; lead testing and defect resolution of SAP Sales and CX implementations. Travel可能 for onshore workshops and training sessions with clients. Requires at least a Bachelor's/College Degree and 2+ years’ experience in SAP Sales and CX solutions; strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills; ability to work under pressure and as a team player.
