Job Summary
Conduct independent configuration and implementation of SAP standard processes within specialized functional areas such as Customer Services and Order-to-Cash. Analyze and continuously improve existing technical workflows with a focus on API management, system integrations, and seamless connections between various systems. Ensure smooth operation of assigned SAP modules while supporting complex technical troubleshooting and ticketing. Translate business requirements into concrete system configurations and act as a liaison between functional areas and solution architects. Maintain expert knowledge of new SAP products and technological trends including SAP BTP and cloud services.
Required Qualifications
- Fundierte Berufserfahrung (ca. 2–5 Jahre) im Bereich der SAP-Technologie oder der IT-Systembetreuung
- Tiefgehende Kenntnisse in mindestens einem spezifischen SAP-Modul (z. B. SD, MM, PM, CS, SM)
- Starkes Verständnis für die Funktionsweise von ERP-Systemen, Schnittstellen und die technische Integration von Geschäftsprozessen
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit in deutsch und englisch (beides fließend)
- Awareness of any potential compliance risks
- Commitment to act with integrity
Desired Qualifications
- Mitwirkung in agilen und konventionellen Projektstrukturen
- Analyse und kontinuierliche Verbesserung bestehender technischer Abläufe mit Fokus auf API-Management, Weiterentwicklungen und die nahtlose Anbindung/Integration verschiedener Systeme
- Sicherstellung des reibungslosen Betriebs der zugewiesenen SAP-Module sowie Unterstützung bei der Fehlerbehebung (Ticketing & Troubleshooting) komplexer technischer Fragestellungen
- Aufnahme fachlicher Anforderungen, deren Übersetzung in konkrete Systemkonfigurationen sowie aktive Schnittstellenfunktion und Sparringspartner für Fachbereiche und Solution Architects
- Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung Ihres Expertenwissens in Bezug auf neue SAP-Produkte und technologische Trends (z. B. SAP BTP, Cloud-Services)
- Systematische Analyse komplexer technischer Probleme, lösungsorientiertes Denken sowie eine strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- Freude an der aktiven Teamarbeit
