Job Summary
Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, and configuration of SAP SD processes for S/4HANA implementations. Configure core functionalities including Order-to-Cash, pricing, billing, and partner determination while supporting integration points with MM, FI, and PP. Prepare functional specifications, coordinate with ABAP teams, and lead SIT, UAT, Go-Live, and Hypercare activities. Assist in issue analysis, defect resolution, and post-go-live support for sales and distribution landscapes.
Required Qualifications
- 5–8 years of experience in SAP SD
- Minimum 1 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation (Greenfield / Brownfield / Conversion)
- Experience in support, rollouts, or enhancements on ECC and S/4HANA landscapes
- Hands-on configuration experience in SAP SD on S/4HANA
- Strong knowledge of: Sales documents, delivery, and billing processes
- Strong knowledge of: Pricing procedures and condition records
- Strong knowledge of: Copy control and incompletion procedures
- Good understanding of OTC business processes
- Experience working with interfaces, IDOCs, and basic enhancements
- Ability to analyze business requirements and propose workable SAP solutions
- SD Certification (ECC or S/4HANA)
- Exposure to SAP Fiori apps related to SD
- Basic understanding of Advanced ATP (aATP)
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or related field
- Ability to cope in a complex and fast-changing business environment and to respond calmly and rationally to changing aspirations in a deadline-driven situation
- Works independently on complex processes and modules that may be used by one or more programs or systems
- Strong planning and organizing skills including the ability to manage several work streams simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills with a capacity to present, discuss and explain issues coherently and logically both in writing and verbally
- Good influencing and persuasion skills with the ability to enthuse and inspire multidisciplinary teams and build successful relationships at all levels
- Good team player, self-motivated and able to work on own initiative
- Clear decision-making ability with the facility to judge complex situations and assess when to escalate issues
- Hybrid Mode with base location in Bengaluru, Karnataka (not a remote role)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in CPG, Manufacturing, Retail, or Pharma industries
- Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology
- Client-facing experience is a plus
