Job Summary
Manage SAP S/4HANA implementation projects and workstreams from planning and design through testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare. Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and delivery schedules while creating charters, RAID registers, and governance documentation. Coordinate functional, technical, integration, data, and testing teams to manage scope, resources, and deliverables. Use SAP Cloud ALM to support project planning, tracking, testing, and delivery governance. Prepare project updates and presentations for senior stakeholders, Steering Committees, and governance forums. Drive actions, follow-ups, and accountability across project teams.
Required Qualifications
- Around 4–8 years of project delivery experience
- ideally within SAP or ERP implementations
- Hands-on experience working on SAP S/4HANA projects
- Experience with SAP Cloud ALM
- Good understanding of SAP Activate and the S/4HANA implementation lifecycle
- Strong experience managing RAID, project plans and governance artefacts
- Confident presenting project status, risks and decisions to senior stakeholders
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organised, proactive and comfortable working across multiple teams
- Experience in consulting or enterprise transformation environments
