SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting Lead Consultant

Job Summary
Lead design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting solutions across end-to-end delivery including consolidation, intercompany eliminations, currency translation, UAT, go-live, and post-go-live support. Drive the configuration of consolidation groups/units, ownership structures, consolidation methods, versions, intercompany matching/elimination rules, and currency translation/CTA handling with group journals. Manage data integration from CFIN and non-CFIN sources (ACDOCU/ACDOCP, file uploads) and support migration from SAP BPC/BCS or legacy consolidation systems. Lead and support Unit Testing, Integration Testing, UAT, parallel runs, reconciliation, cutover, go-live, and hypercare. Collaborate closely with Finance, Controllership, and Group Accounting teams; mentor junior team members and act as Group Reporting workstream lead. Preferred experience includes Central Finance integration, SAP BPC/BCS to Group Reporting migration, SAC validation analytics, and exposure to multi-entity global environments (JVs, associates).
Required Qualifications
- 6–10 years overall SAP Finance experience
- 3–6 years hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting
- Deep understanding of Financial consolidation concepts
- IFRS / statutory reporting
- Intercompany eliminations and ownership handling
- Experience with Universal Journal
- SAP Fiori Group Reporting apps
- SAP Analysis for Office (AO)
- Strong data reconciliation and troubleshooting skills
