Job Summary
SAP S/4HANA Financial Implementation Consultant Expert to provide enterprise-level architectural leadership and direct large-scale, full-lifecycle SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI/CO) migrations for federal and commercial clients. Serve as the lead solution architect, set delivery standards, lead end-to-end migration programs, and mentor senior and junior consultants while ensuring solutions are compliant, sustainable, and aligned with client objectives. Responsibilities include defining end-to-end architecture and migration strategy for GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Controlling, and Profitability Analysis; guiding data migration, cutover planning, risk management; directing multiple delivery workstreams and ABAP teams; leading executive workshops and maintaining federal financial compliance and control requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is required
- 15+ years SAP FI/CO experience with multiple full-lifecycle S/4HANA implementations
- Lead solution architect on enterprise-scale programs
- Expert-level SAP S/4HANA Finance knowledge (FI/CO, Universal Journal ACODCA, asset accounting, cross-module integration)
- Ability to obtain and maintain a federal Secret clearance
- Experience leading large migration programs and mentoring teams
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is required
- Master’s degree and/or advanced SAP certification(s) strongly preferred
- 15+ years of SAP FI/CO experience with multiple full-lifecycle S/4HANA implementations
- Demonstrated experience serving as the lead solution architect on enterprise-scale programs
- Expert-level command of the Universal Journal (ACDOCA), New Asset Accounting, parallel ledgers, and cross-module integration
- Extensive experience leading executive workshops, directing multiple workstreams, and mentoring senior staff; federal/public-sector implementation experience strongly preferred
