Provide L2/L3 application support for SAP S/4HANA Field Service Management to ensure seamless field service operations. Manage Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes alongside SAP Service Management workflows. Handle SAP BTP and CPI integration tasks, including configuration, testing, and production support for S/4HANA Service and ECC integration. Oversee SLA and KPI management to maintain service quality standards. This role requires 7+ years of experience and is based in Bangalore.
