Job Summary
SAP S/4HANA Service & Repair Lead will drive end-to-end service, repair, and refurbishment processes within the SAP S/4HANA landscape. Responsible for design, implementation, and optimization of service and repair business processes across SD, PM/EAM, CS, and integration with PS. Lead end-to-end workflows for returns, inspection, repair execution, and shipment, coordinating with global implementation templates. Design and manage Plant Maintenance orders for repair/refurbishment, enable integration between service and maintenance orders, and support equipment tracking and service history. Oversee sales and distribution processes including order management, delivery, pricing, and service billing; manage refurbishment and consignment processes and align with inventory, warehouse, and finance. Integrate service/repair with PS for ETO and project-based scenarios, including cost tracking and revenue recognition. Lead fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, data migration and cutover for ECC to S/4HANA transformation. Drive stakeholder workshops, project updates, risk/issue tracking, and user enablement materials. Collaborate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Customer Service teams to deliver cross-functional SAP service solutions.
