Job Summary
Conduct end-to-end SAP S/4 HANA SD implementation and support, managing Master Data set-up, Contract Management, Order Management, and Logistics Execution. Diagnose errors, resolve tickets, and propose process improvements while maintaining the business solution based on user requirements analysis. Lead discovery meetings to identify current and future state requirements, then configure, document, and test business solutions according to functional and technical specifications. Handle B2B customer facing experience and team management within the O2C cycle, utilizing Fiori-based transactions and modern output frameworks like BRF+. Maintain existing solutions and address pain points to drive efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- SAP S/4 HANA Sales / ECC-SD experience of 10+ years in End-to-End project implementation/support
- strong knowledge of Contract Management, Order Management, Logistics Execution, Pricing and Billing, Shipment Processing, Processing of Inbound IDoc
- Master Data set-up (such as for Customers and Products)
- Recent hands-on experience in billing, contract management, order management etc.
- Strong functional knowledge of the O2C (Order to Cash) cycle
- BP concept replacing customer master, Customer Vendor Integration
- Knowledge of Fiori based sales transactions
- Knowledge of modern S/4 HANA output framework: BRF+ output based management, customer invoices, Sales confirmations, delivery notes
- Team management and customer facing experience
- Maintain existing business solution in SAP area based on user requirements analysis
- Look after Business-as-Usual support (troubleshoot and diagnose errors/faults and resolve tickets)
- Identify pain-points and propose process improvements
- Propose, configure, document and test business solution in SAP SD according to the functional and technical requirements
- Conducted discovery meeting with customer by identifying the customer's current process and future state requirements

Desired Qualifications
- Good- to-have Knowledge on other cross functional modules such as (FI-RR, AR), MM, TM, Concur & Ariba integrations is an added advantage
