SAP S/4 Basis Engineer

Job Summary
SAP S/4HANA Basis Engineer responsible for managing and administering SAP S/4HANA Basis components, including system monitoring, performance tuning, job scheduling, output management, and troubleshooting within the Rise with SAP operating model. Monitor and support system performance, ensure configurations comply with security policies and audit standards, and support upgrades, patches, migration activities, and system copies. Take ownership of incidents and service requests, perform root-cause analysis, contribute to problem management, and document processes. Collaborate with CORE SAP S/4HANA Program, IT Operations, external suppliers, and SAP within Rise with SAP. Stay current on SAP Basis best practices and leverage AI-powered tools to enhance delivery quality. Fluency in English is required; Portuguese is a plus. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience in SAP Basis administration and system management, with a focus on S/4HANA
- Solid knowledge of SAP system architecture and administration
- Experience with SAP Solution Manager, CloudALM, Redwood RunMyJobs, or similar tools
- Experience with DevOps and Agile methodologies is a plus
- Fluent in English; Portuguese is an additional advantage
