Job Summary
SAP Basis Administrator for RISE with SAP environment at Kyndryl. Responsibilities include monitoring SAP systems and alerts, incident and major incident management, outage support, SAP Basis administration (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, Solution Manager), SAP HANA health and performance monitoring, transport management and change/release activities, ITIL-based service management, and ensuring SLA/OLA adherence. Collaborate with SAP RISE operations, hyperscaler teams, and customer stakeholders; maintain documentation and operational reports, and contribute to post-incident reviews. Experience with SAP Cloud ALM, SAP Focused Run, and working in 24x7 production support is expected; familiarity with hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and managed service environments is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- 3–8 years of SAP Basis administration experience
- Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA environments
- Experience in 24x7 production support environments
- Exposure to RISE with SAP operations is preferred
- Preferred Certifications: SAP Certified Technology Associate – SAP System Administration; SAP HANA Administration certification; ITIL Foundation Certification
