Job Summary
SAP Request to Service Rollout Consultant responsible for fit-to-standard analysis, harmonization of logistics processes, and alignment with global SAP templates. Lead data migration, process reengineering, and change management for S/4HANA transitions; collaborate with customer business teams through pilot and rollout phases from discovery to go-live and stabilization. Guide entities during rollout on data cleansing, process harmonization, authorization, and training; support localization for logistics processes (inbound/outbound/transportation); ensure alignment with SAP Activate milestones (Explore, Realize, Deploy, Run); establish cross-functional relationships; set up change management for ERP transformation; provide hypercare support and post-go-live improvements; drive formal signoffs with compliance and audit frameworks; contribute to knowledge transfer and training documentation; travel readiness within EU. Also highlights required domain expertise, including SAP CS module, integration with SAP SD/MM/PM, VC, equipment master data, and experience with data migration and cutover; agile experience preferred; home office flexibility with international assignments and relocation support.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of consulting & rollout experience
- 2+ years of End-to-end Implementation experience including migration & cutover activity
- English advanced; German language nice to have
- Knowledge in integrated process chains and S/4HANA functional implementation
- Strong expertise in SAP Customer Service (CS) module, including service orders, contracts, notifications, and repairs
- Experience with R2S process flows, integration between SAP CS, SD, MM, and PM modules
- Familiarity with service planning, resource scheduling, and field service integration
- Hands-on experience with data migration and cutover activities in rollout projects
