Job Summary
Senior SAP Regional Enterprise Architect & Data Migration Lead to guide SAP architecture and data migration across Americas, lead regional data migration activities following Global Data Factory standards, ensure data quality and business sign-off, facilitate workshops, translate business needs into SAP solutions, ensure adherence to SAP best practices and “clean core” principles, support leadership with business impact analysis and technical feasibility, coordinate with North American stakeholders and global teams, and act as a key interface between business and IT leadership. Role combines strategic business and technical leadership with global exposure in a hybrid work model based in São Paulo, Brazil. Initial onboarding may require additional on-site presence. Monthly USD compensation typical for independent contractors in global SAP transformations. Nice-to-have experience in automotive industry and multicultural environments.
Required Qualifications
- Senior experience in IT with strong SAP background
- Solid experience with SAP S/4HANA and data migration processes
- Knowledge of data migration tools (LTMC, BODS, or similar)
- Experience working with SAP Activate methodology
- Proven experience in global programs or with US-based clients
- Advanced or fluent English (MANDATORY)
