Job Summary
SAP Quality & Automation Lead owns end-to-end SAP test strategy across SAP modules and connected systems, driving regression, integration, performance, and UAT testing using Tricentis Tosca; designs, builds, and expands automated test suites; partners with ABAP developers, solution architects, and business analysts to embed quality early in the lifecycle; mentors team members, enforces test standards, and advances automation coverage and QA maturity in a SAP program, including migrations to S/4HANA and third-party integrations; role features a hybrid work schedule and strong focus on quality across SAP projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 6+ years of experience in SAP quality assurance and testing
- 2+ years in a lead or senior individual contributor role
- Hands-on experience with Tricentis Tosca for SAP test automation
- Tricentis Tosca certification or TM4J and qTest (a plus)
- Knowledge across SAP modules (SD, MM, PP, FI/CO, GTS, WM/EWM)
- Experience designing and executing integration test strategies for SAP environments with third-party integrations
- Experience leading UAT
- Experience testing in distribution or manufacturing SAP environments
- SAP S/4HANA testing considerations and migration/testing support
- Defect tracking/test management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow)
- ABAP or scripting for automation troubleshooting (nice to have)
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS or related field (or equivalent)
