Job Summary
Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP Quality Management solutions. Configure, maintain, and enhance SAP QM processes while ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical quality standards and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements and support integration with MM, PP, WM/EWM, and SD modules. Prepare functional specifications, documentation, and training materials, then participate in unit, integration, and user acceptance testing. Support system implementation, enhancements, troubleshooting, and issue resolution within international cross-functional teams. This intermediate role requires 5–6 years of experience, with mandatory prior work in the pharmaceutical industry. Candidates must be based in Brazil or Argentina and possess fluent English skills.
Required Qualifications
- Approximately 5–6 years of professional experience as an SAP QM Consultant
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP Quality Management configuration and business processes
- Previous experience working within the pharmaceutical industry is mandatory
- Understanding of regulated quality environments and pharmaceutical business processes
- Experience with SAP QM integration with other SAP modules
- Ability to analyse business requirements and convert them into functional SAP solutions
- Experience preparing functional documentation and supporting testing activities
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with international stakeholders
- Fluent English skills
- You should be based in Brazil or Argentina
