Job Summary
SAP HCM / Payroll Consultant role focused on analyzing customer requirements, reviewing solution architecture, and delivering SAP HCM payroll solutions. Responsibilities include designing and configuring SAP HCM modules (Payroll PY, Time Management TM, Organizational Management OM, Personnel Administration PA), participating in the full implementation lifecycle (design, configuration, programming, testing, deployment, and support), configuring Payroll Schemas, PCRs, Wage Types, and Infotypes, ensuring adherence to SAP best practices, troubleshooting complex payroll issues, providing technical guidance to project teams, and maintaining payroll documentation and system diagrams. Experience with Europe-wide payroll across DE, DK, FR, ES, NL, BE, PL, and knowledge of GDPR data privacy standards is required, along with strong analytical, stakeholder-management, and collaborative skills for multi-country environments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred) in a related field
- SAP HCM / Payroll experience
- Experience with SAP HCM modules: PY, TM, OM, PA
- Payroll configuration and testing
- Experience with multi-country European payroll implementations (DE, FR, ES, NL, BE, PL)
- Knowledge of GDPR data privacy standards
- SOPs, documentation, and RCA
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Stakeholder management across global teams
- Effective communication and collaboration in fast-paced environments
