Job Summary
Implement Lean methodologies within project management systems, including value stream mapping, 5S, Kanban, Kaizen, and Six Sigma techniques. Optimize workflows to eliminate waste, reduce cycle times, and enhance overall project efficiency. Integrate Lean principles with existing ERP and project management software to ensure seamless data flow between planning, execution, and reporting tools. Analyze current processes to identify improvement opportunities, collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes, and provide hands-on training to project teams. Develop key performance indicators and metrics to measure Lean efficiency, delivering regular performance reports to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience working with Lean methodologies in project management or systems integration
- Hands-on experience with project management systems (e.g., SAP PS, Microsoft Project, Oracle Primavera)
- Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement and process optimization
- Strong understanding of Lean principles (e.g., waste elimination, Kaizen, value stream mapping)
- Proficiency in project management software and systems integration
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
