Job Summary
Lead SAP implementation, migration, and upgrade projects across modules including FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, and HCM, defining scope, timelines, and deliverables aligned with business goals. Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors, conducting regular status meetings and managing expectations at all organizational levels. Lead and mentor cross-functional project teams comprising consultants, developers, and business analysts while allocating resources effectively and resolving conflicts. Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure quality assurance through testing, validation, and compliance with organizational standards. Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and optimize resource utilization across multiple SAP projects. Based in Bengaluru with up to 30% international travel, this role offers competitive compensation and opportunities to lead strategic SAP initiatives impacting global operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in SAP project management with at least 3 full-cycle implementations
- Strong knowledge of SAP modules and integration points
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to cope in a complex and fast-changing business environment and to respond calmly and rationally to changing aspirations in a deadline-driven situation
- Works independently on complex processes and modules that may be used by one or more programs or systems
- Strong planning and organizing skills including the ability to manage several work streams simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills with a capacity to present, discuss and explain issues coherently and logically both in writing and verbally
- Good influencing and persuasion skills with the ability to enthuse and inspire multidisciplinary teams and build successful relationships at all levels
- Good team player, self-motivated and able to work on own initiative

Desired Qualifications
- PMP / PRINCE2 / SAP Activate certification preferred
