Job Summary
Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations within a manufacturing environment, defining scope, establishing governance, and managing cross-functional teams through plan, design, build, deploy, and hypercare phases. Develop detailed project plans, track milestones, and manage dependencies while engaging executive stakeholders to drive decision-making and issue resolution. Identify risks, control budgets, and oversee testing, data migration, and cutover planning to ensure successful go-live and transition to operations. This senior leadership role delivers complex global transformation programs with strong business impact for a Fortune 1000 enterprise client.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent English
- Strong SAP ECC and S/4HANA program experience
- Manufacturing experience (REQUIRED)
- Multiple full lifecycle SAP implementations
- Experience leading global transformation programs
Desired Qualifications
- Automotive experience (plus)
- Knowledge of SAP functional domains (FI, CO, SD, MM, PP, etc.)
- Experience with SAP Activate / Agile methodologies
- Program governance and stakeholder management
