Job Summary
Lead ownership of an ongoing SAP optimization project for a major retail client, coordinating with technical SAP teams, business stakeholders, and the SAP Architect in Poland; translate complex SAP topics into clear business impacts and decisions; lead discussions around data retention policies and performance vs. accessibility trade-offs; identify skill gaps within the team and define the need for additional roles or expertise; ensure project alignment with daily business operations, minimizing disruption; drive efficiency, structure, and process improvements within the SAP delivery team.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience managing complex SAP enhancement or optimization projects
- Experience in challenging SAP environments (e.g. high number of Z-transactions)
- Strong hands-on project management approach; able to step into an ongoing project immediately
- Solid experience with SAP S/4HANA environments
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical teams and business users
- Strong stakeholder management and organizational skills
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-changing, high-pressure environments
- Fluent Polish Proficiency
- Fluent English Proficiency
