SAP Project Manager

Job Summary
Lead SAP ERP project implementations (e.g., S/4 HANA, SuccessFactors HCM) from initiation to close, coordinating internal and external resources, managing scope, schedule, budget, and risks while ensuring quality, cyber security, and data privacy. Coach and motivate the project team, maintain detailed documentation, produce timely project status reports, manage RAID, and engage sponsors and stakeholders to align business objectives with project outcomes. Drive change management, lessons learned, and client satisfaction throughout the lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Has experience/exposure with SAP S/4 HANA
- Minimum 10 years' experience in IT project implementation with at least 5 years end to end full life cycle of SAP ERP Modules implementations including SAP SuccessFactors HCM
- Minimum 5 years' experience in managerial role, leading team to deliver complex & large scale SAP project implementation
- Certified in SAP project management methodology e.g., SAP Activate, Prince 2, PMP
