Job Summary
Lead SAP implementation, migration, rollout, and transformation projects across local and international environments, managing the full lifecycle from initiation through go-live and hypercare. Define scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource plans while coordinating SAP consultants, developers, business stakeholders, and external partners. Monitor progress, manage risks and dependencies, and facilitate workshops and steering committee meetings. Act as a trusted advisor to customers, support presales and proposal preparation, and ensure successful documentation, testing, and knowledge transfer. Participate in global roll-out initiatives with approximately 20–40% travel. Fluent Hungarian and English required; German is an advantage.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience in SAP projects
- Proven track record of delivering SAP implementation or transformation projects
- Experience working in international and matrix organizations
- Understanding of SAP business processes across multiple functional areas (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, QM, BW, SuccessFactors, etc.)
- Experience managing project budgets, timelines, and resources
- Strong project planning and organizational skills
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMI, PRINCE2, SAP Activate, Agile)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
- Strong risk management and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Commercial awareness and customer-oriented mindset
- Fluent Hungarian (mandatory)
- Professional English communication skills (mandatory)
