Job Summary
Manage SAP implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects from requirement gathering through go-live and hypercare. Lead full-cycle SAP implementations while coordinating with business stakeholders, functional consultants, technical teams, and vendors. Prepare project plans, timelines, resource allocations, risk registers, and status reports to ensure adherence to scope, schedule, and budget. Monitor progress, address risks and dependencies, and facilitate workshops and steering committee meetings. Support change management, user training, and UAT while maintaining documentation and governance standards. Ensure effective communication across cross-functional teams and leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
- Approximately 5 years of experience in SAP project management or SAP functional consulting with project coordination responsibilities
- Must have managed at least one full-cycle SAP implementation project
- Strong understanding of SAP modules and ERP implementation methodologies
- Experience with project management tools such as: Microsoft Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello / Asana / Monday.com
- MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project management methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving and coordination abilities
Desired Qualifications
- PMP / PRINCE2 / Scrum certification
- Experience working with SAP S/4HANA projects
- Exposure to SAP modules such as FICO, MM, SD, PP, HCM, or SuccessFactors
- Experience working with global or cross-cultural teams
