SAP Project Manager

Job Summary
Lead and coordinate projects across business and technology teams, guiding initiatives from planning through delivery while tracking budgets, benefits, ROI, risks, and vendor deliverables. Partner with business users and analysts to gather requirements, identify improvement opportunities, and support system solutions for ERP, CRM, and POS environments. Coordinate user acceptance testing, communication plans, training efforts, and adoption activities while managing resource planning and staffing forecasts. Promote project management best practices and contribute to continuous improvement across the organization. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, three years of project management experience, and preferred SAP ERP and Microsoft Dynamics CRM knowledge. Occasional travel to remote offices in Canada, Mexico, Brazil, or Taiwan may be required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- At least 3 years of project management experience
- Experience with MRP, ERP, and/or CRM systems
- Knowledge of PMI PMBOK, Agile, Scrum, and hybrid delivery methodologies
- Strong communication, organization, follow-through, and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive, collaborative mindset with the ability to motivate work through influence, even without direct authority
- Occasional travel to remote offices in Canada, Mexico, Brazil, or Taiwan for up to two weeks at a time
Desired Qualifications
- SAP ERP and Microsoft Dynamics CRM experience
- Experience using project or portfolio management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, or Jira
- PMP or related certification
