Job Summary
Deliver SAP programs and projects, including rollouts within the Asia-Pacific region, by supporting the team on business process and functional levels. Support the acquisition of new customers and drive the development of existing clients through pre-sales activities supported by the functional and technical teams. Lead and coach team members in their careers while taking over critical project roles such as Project Manager, Integration Lead, Cut-Over Lead, and Data & Cleansing Lead. Work schedule is 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Friday, with a hybrid setup of 1-2 days onsite in Taguig.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in computer science, information technology, or business
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in an SAP environment
- Thorough SAP market understanding
- Proven pre-sales abilities
- Extensive professional network in the region
- Solid SAP project management experience
- Process and SAP understanding of one particular module
- Eloquent and fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Able to lead a small team
- Strong social and communication skills
