SAP Project Manager

Job Summary
Direct the client's team and resolve critical escalations with the customer while chairing steering board meetings to facilitate key decisions and milestones. Review project materials to align outputs with customer expectations and ensure gold standards in SAP S/4HANA implementations are incorporated into results. Provide guidance and coaching to project management staff, facilitate quality control reviews, and secure overall delivery against the plan regarding human capital and financial resources. Liaise with the Client Program Manager team to review progress and stimulate thorough stakeholder management for high project visibility.
Required Qualifications
- Managed and delivered at least 2 large, complex SAP S/4HANA implementations for large global customers in Chemicals & Mining, Industrial Products industries as a Program Manager/Account Executive
- Experience in owning SAP Implementation initiative by taking overall responsibility for driving it towards a successful implementation
- Must be experienced in S/4HANA greenfield implementation, designing global templates, deploying and rolling out solutions across multiple entities / countries
- Experience in managing stakeholders expectations and difficult situations to ensure the project objectives are met
- Must have 20+ years' SAP experience, with at least the last 5 years as a delivery manager/program manager for large SAP implementations
- Approachable and work cohesively with other team members for the required deliverables
- Must be French, Arabic speaker
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with working with a multi-cultural offshore team in large projects (60+ team members) and with a culture where team members are working remotely
- Knowledge/experience to SAP Activate methodology and agile best practices highly preferred
- SAP/Architect/TOGAF certification (preferred)
- Must be experienced in S/4HANA greenfield implementation, designing global templates, deploying and rolling out solutions across multiple entities / countries
