Job Summary
Own the SAP platform roadmap and manage the end-to-end change request pipeline across 38 legal entities, coordinating priorities with FICO and SD architects and serving as the primary point of contact for SAP across the business. Lead SAP BTP integration ownership, including iFlow configuration, certificate management, and e-invoicing compliance for multiple countries, while administering user roles and transport management. Act as the commercial and delivery interface with external SAP vendors, ensuring every open request has a named owner and producing monthly status updates for the IT Committee. Drive quick-win automation opportunities and facilitate release planning and go-live coordination to ensure UAT sign-off and cutover readiness.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in SAP programme management, platform ownership, or technical administration
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate a multi-workstream SAP delivery programme across functional architects and business stakeholders
- Proven track record managing SAP BTP integrations, including iFlow configuration, certificate lifecycle, and incident response
- Experience working with and governing external SAP development vendors: SOW review, sprint facilitation, acceptance testing, and escalation
- Familiarity with adjacent enterprise systems (Salesforce, Workday, Dynamics 365, OneStream) at an integration-awareness level
- Background in multi-country SAP e-invoicing compliance
- Experience in fast-paced, multi-entity international environments
- SAP S/4HANA platform administration: transport management, authorization management, release coordination
- SAP Integration Suite / BTP: iFlow configuration, certificate and mTLS administration, monitoring, and incident diagnosis
- Integration awareness: working knowledge of SAP-side configuration for connections to Salesforce, Workday, Dynamics 365, and OneStream
- Google Cloud / BigQuery: ability to validate SAP data replicated to the data warehouse and support reporting requirements
- Jira and Confluence: proficient in CR tracking, cross-workstream programme documentation, and stakeholder reporting
- Fluent English
Desired Qualifications
- SAP certification (e.g. SAP Certified Application Associate, SAP BTP Integration Suite)
- Experience in fast-paced, multi-entity international environments is an advantage
- Additional languages are an advantage
