Job Summary
Mid-to-senior SAP Project Manager role in Adelaide, Australia, leading end-to-end SAP delivery across SuccessFactors, S/4HANA, ECC and related workstreams using SAP Activate. Responsible for governance, stakeholder engagement, cross-functional delivery, and on-time, on-budget outcomes across HR, ERP, and transformation initiatives. Role supports remote work from the Greater Adelaide Area with occasional travel; flexible work-from-anywhere in Australia/New Zealand is offered within the company’s SAP portfolio. Qualifications emphasize SAP project leadership, governance, and hands-on delivery across multiple SAP modules, governance frameworks, and cross-functional teams. The role requires full-time permanent staffing only, with explicit no contractor requirement and explicit need for legal working rights in Australia or NZ.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience as an SAP Project Manager delivering medium to large-scale SAP programs
- Strong hands-on project delivery experience with SAP SuccessFactors
- Experience across S/4HANA, SAP ECC, or broader SAP modules; experience with RISE with SAP is highly regarded
- Deep understanding of SAP Activate methodology and SAP project governance frameworks
- Proven success managing cross-functional SAP implementation teams and complex delivery environments
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and workshop-facilitation skills
- Ability to work across multiple SAP workstreams beyond SuccessFactors when required
