Job Summary
Own end-to-end SAP programme governance, delivery cadence, and execution discipline across large, complex SAP technology and integration workstreams. Define and run the PMO operating model, including RAID logs, milestones, dependencies, and quality gates. Drive integrated programme plans covering Build, Test, Cutover, Go-Live, and Hypercare while managing multiple SAP technology streams such as S/4HANA, BTP, CPI, and ABAP. Establish SteerCo and Core Team governance with crisp decision frameworks and oversee technical design sign-offs and transport strategies. Manage SI partners, vendors, and SAP teams simultaneously, tracking deliverables against SoW and resolving inter-vendor conflicts. Act as the single point of escalation for delivery-related issues.
Required Qualifications
- 8-12+ years of SAP programme delivery experience
- Proven experience leading large SAP technology & integration programmes
- Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture
- Strong understanding of SAP BTP & Integration patterns
- Strong understanding of SAP to non-SAP integrations
- Hands-on experience running PMO frameworks for complex SAP landscapes
- Strong command over planning tools, RAID management, and dependency tracking
- Prior experience in multi-country or global SAP rollouts
- Exposure to SAP RISE / Clean Core principles
- PMP / Prince2 / SAFe / SAP Activate certification
