Job Summary
SAP Program Manager / SAP Transformation Lead responsible for guiding SAP transformation programs from scoping to deployment, including SAP program governance, migration from ECC to S/4HANA, and strategic advisory to IT and business leadership. Lead multidisciplinary teams (functional, technical, architects, business) across international projects; coordinate streams, manage scope, risks, quality, costs, and deadlines; contribute to roadmaps and pre-sales responses, and support clients in technology choices. Requires proven SAP program management experience, strong communication/leadership, and a Bac +4/5 level degree with professional proficiency in French and English.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience on SAP projects
- Experience in leading complex SAP projects
- Experience on S/4HANA transformation programs
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary project teams
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Diplôme Bac +4/5 in IT, engineering or equivalent
- Professional French and English
