SAP Product Delivery Transition & Support Enablement Engineer, LATAM

Coordinate, document, and operationalize the transfer of SAP Brazil Tax Reform deliverables to internal support teams; facilitate knowledge transfer from delivery teams into Support, AMS, and PS organizations; develop and maintain detailed transition plans, timelines, and deliverables; track progress, identify risks, and escalate issues with mitigation recommendations; own creation and validation of internal technical and functional documentation, including KT sessions, client-facing product delivery materials, and support playbooks; support hypercare activities before and after go-live, including triage leadership and issue resolution coordination; assist Scrum teams with solution design, QA validation, and review of user stories and acceptance criteria to ensure GSD readiness; contribute to knowledge-sharing frameworks and continuous improvement initiatives; act as a liaison among Business Solutions Americas Scrum/Kanban teams, GPD, GSD, AMS, QA, and Support; ensure Brazil Tax Reform processes, configuration, integration points, and support scenarios are well-documented and understood; possess strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and written/verbal communication skills; work effectively in a global, virtual team with reliable internet connectivity; bilingual capabilities enable collaboration with Portuguese and English-speaking stakeholders.
