Job Summary
Define and document the IT solution architecture for assigned SAP/ITSM projects, monitor performance and KPIs, manage SLAs with service providers, coordinate service transition and release activities, lead cross-functional teams, and drive governance and cost optimization in SAP Procurement and SCM domains. Requires 10+ years in IT service management, strong SAP Procurement & SCM expertise (MM, SD, PUR, Ariba), SAP S/4HANA transformation experience, IBP/SCM knowledge, ITIL/COBIT/Lean Six Sigma capabilities, and effective stakeholder collaboration. Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required. The role is full-time with a hybrid work arrangement in Lisbon, Portugal.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT service management, preferably in a large and complex organization
- Solid understanding of the IT service lifecycle, processes, and best practices
- Strong knowledge of IT service industry trends and technologies
- Strong expertise in SAP Procurement and Supply Chain domains (SAP MM, SD, PUR)
- Planning & Supply Chain: SAP IBP, SCM Processes
- Experience with SAP ARIBA, Jaegger, ORO
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA transformations and system conversions
- Exposure to SAP AI capabilities (e.g., Joule) and emerging digital innovations within the SAP ecosystem
