Job Summary
Analyze business processes across SAP PP and SD to design automation for production order creation within complaint and returns flows. Participate in client workshops to assess impacts on make-to-order, costing, master data, and process triggers. Support solution estimation, recommend functional approaches, and prepare detailed specifications for the ABAP team. Cooperate with consultants on SAP PP customizing and ensure end-to-end process alignment. This strongly analytical role requires direct client engagement to translate requirements into a workable design.
Required Qualifications
- Very good knowledge of SAP PP
- Good knowledge of SAP SD
- Experience in projects integrating PP and SD
- Experience with SAP Advanced Returns Management (ARM) or broader returns / complaint management processes
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA
- Experience working as a functional consultant / analyst / solution designer
- Experience analyzing end-to-end SAP processes across more than one module
- Ability to prepare functional specifications and work closely with ABAP developers
- Hands-on experience with customizing and impact assessment
- Ability to work independently with the client and drive analysis discussions
