Job Summary
Support implementation of the SAP S/4HANA solution by scoping, designing, localizing, testing, and managing GoLive transitions to the Application Management team. Provide functional expertise on the Production Planning Module to Development and Integration teams while configuring PPDS solutions for Configure-to-Order and Engineer-to-Order business models. Manage PPDS master data reconciliations, QM integrations, and advanced MRP processes including Live MRP and ATP. Conduct training and documentation, communicate with all management levels, and work independently within scaled Agile/ACTIVATE methodologies.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of SAP experience with a strong background in SAP – PP/Manufacturing
- At least 2 S4HANA project implementations experience
- End-to-End Implementation expertise in S4 HANA Manufacturing, including FIORI interface and customization
- Hands-on experience in configuring PPDS solutions for CTO/ETO business with PPDS optimizer
- Proficient in PPDS master data and its reconciliations
- Comprehensive knowledge of BP roles and functionality of S4 HANA Logistics
- Familiarity with HANA Experience to cover Master data (BP roles), CVI and business partner approach, MRP in HANA, Innovation Sales, and Innovation procurement with exposure to Fiori Apps and related configuration
- Thorough understanding of S/4 HANA Delta changes, table changes, Fiori, master data simplification, sourcing and procurement, procure-to-pay cycle, inventory simplification with S4 Hana, Advanced ATP and BOP, MRP LIVE, DD MRP, and PPDS
- Integration expertise with QM and purchasing areas
- SAP S/4 HANA (v1709 or higher) and Fiori Certification
- Experience in scaled Agile/ACTIVATE methodology
- Familiarity with Configured to Order(CTO), Engineer to Order(ETO) processes
- Minimum 5 years of functional experience in manufacturing/production area
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to conduct training and documentation
- Effective communication with all levels of management
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision
- Strong team player and networking skills with colleagues and external partners
Desired Qualifications
- SAP S/4 HANA (v1709 or higher) and Fiori Certification preferred
- Experience in scaled Agile/ACTIVATE methodology preferred
