Job Summary
Act as the primary SAP consultant for Production Planning and Materials Management processes by analyzing manufacturing, procurement, and supply chain workflows to identify optimization opportunities. Design, configure, and continuously improve SAP solutions within the PP and MM landscape, gathering business requirements to develop scalable concepts aligned with operational objectives. Lead or contribute to implementation, rollout, and migration projects while coordinating with stakeholders and preparing functional specifications and user guides. Deliver training sessions, monitor project scope and quality standards, and develop reports and KPIs to support management decision-making. This role offers close collaboration with business departments and decision-makers within a modern SAP landscape, providing opportunities to influence processes and drive continuous improvement in a collaborative, international environment.
Required Qualifications
- Completed education in Business Informatics, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a comparable discipline
- Several years of hands-on SAP consulting experience in production and supply chain environments
- Expertise in SAP PP
- Good knowledge of SAP MM including configuration and customization
- Solid understanding of end-to-end manufacturing and supply chain processes
- Experience in business process analysis, requirements engineering, and SAP solution design
- Fluent German (B2-C1 at least)
- Good English communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of warehouse management processes (WM, Stock Room Management or EWM)
- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA environments
