Job Summary
Manage full life cycle implementations of SAP S/4HANA in Production Planning & Manufacturing Execution and/or Quality Management. Evaluate business requirements, identify relevant SAP capabilities, and apply best practices. Plan, prepare, and execute Fit-Gap / Fit-to-Standard Workshops. Deliver Solution Design & Adoption for identified GAPs and business process improvement measures. Ensure system implementation while acting as a sparring partner for the client with project management responsibilities. This remote role supports a global consulting firm building new SAP implementation teams in Poland, offering exposure to strategic projects and industry-leading compensation with limited travel.
Required Qualifications
- Higher education degree in Economics, Information Technology or equivalent
- At least 2-5 Full Project Lifecycles of work experience in SAP PP and/or QM
- Profound Production Planning & Shop-Floor Manufacturing Execution and/or Quality Management process experience combined with the ability to translate business requirements into system design specifications
- S/4HANA project experience and/or certification
- Efficient and communicative team player and self-starter
Desired Qualifications
- Preferably experienced in international template rollout projects
