Job Summary
Conduct technical and functional consulting for SAP PM/EAM and CS during implementation, transformation, and optimization projects. Analyze existing maintenance and service processes to design target processes, then conceive and implement customizing solutions for work orders, maintenance planning, and service billing. Support migration of SAP CS to SAP S/4HANA Service, including data transfer and interface analysis, while leading testing, migration, and go-live activities. Provide 2nd- and 3rd-level support in production, create technical concepts and documentation, and facilitate workshops with operational teams. Optionally contribute to presales activities, effort estimations, and proposals.
Required Qualifications
- Ein abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens, der Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder eine vergleichbare technische/kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Mehrjährige Projekterfahrung als SAP PM/EAM Consultant
- Erfahrung im SAP CS (Customer Service)
- Fundiertes Know-how in SAP PM/EAM
- Technische Plätze und Equipment
- Meldungs- und Auftragsabwicklung
- Wartungsplanung, Wartungspläne, Wartungsaufträge
- Rückmeldungen und Auswertungen
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- gute Englischkenntnisse

- Kenntnisse in SAP CS
- Servicemeldungen und Serviceaufträge
- Serviceverträge, Garantien und Abrechnung von Serviceleistungen
- Verständnis der SAP-Roadmap für CS (Einsatz im Kompatibilitätsumfang und strategische Ablösung)
- Erste oder vertiefte Erfahrung mit SAP S/4HANA Service
- Erfahrung im Bereich Energieversorgung / Stadtwerke (z. B. Netz- und Anlagenbewirtschaftung, Entstörungsmanagement, Zähler-/Messstellenservice)
- Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
