Job Summary
Configure and maintain SAP Payroll and Time Management modules while gathering requirements from stakeholders and translating them into functional solutions. Ensure compliance with Swiss payroll laws, conduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, and manage SAP OSS updates. Deliver user training, post-go-live support, and collaborate with HR, IT, and finance teams to support system upgrades, enhancements, and migrations. Work closely with other SAP module owners to design a long-term support model and ensure operational continuity during this enterprise-wide digital transformation running until March 2028.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in SAP Payroll and Time Management
- Strong understanding of SAP configuration (schema, rules, PCC, wage types, PCRs)
- Deep familiarity with Swiss payroll processes and regulatory compliance
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing stakeholders
- Excellent communication in German and English
- Self-starter with a structured, reliable, and autonomous working style
