Job Summary
Design, build, and continuously improve the PaPM cost allocation model by creating allocation drivers, master data, and reporting for business stakeholders. Configure PaPM functions including Allocation, Calculation, and Derivation; write and debug SQLScript; and manage end-to-end data flows from SAP, SAP BW, and manual files. Complete at least one full E2E implementation cycle, setting up environments, modeling logic, and establishing SDA/SDI connections to source systems like S/4HANA and SAP Analytics Cloud. Take responsibility for product resiliency and availability while optimizing performance for large datasets in the cloud environment.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of at least one full E2E implementation cycle on SAP PaPM Cloud, including design, environment setup, modeling, and go-live
- Hands-on proficiency in configuring Allocation, Calculation, Join, View, Derivation, Remote Function Adapter, and other PaPM functions
- Technical understanding of SAP BTP and SAP HANA Cloud SQL
- Ability to write and debug SQLScript for complex logic within PaPM functions
- Experience configuring Process Templates and Activities to manage execution workflows and user permissions
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Finance, Computer Science, or a related technical field
Desired Qualifications
- Preferably experience with the Universal Model variant of PaPM
- Preferred certification in SAP PaPM or SAP HANA Cloud
- Preferably experience setting up SDA/SDI data connections between PaPM Cloud and source systems such as S/4HANA, SAP Datasphere, or SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
- Preferably experience with partition management and performance optimization for large datasets in a cloud environment
