Job Summary
Lead a team of data experts through the end-to-end data migration process in the Procure-to-Pay domain for a major global S/4HANA migration. Plan, align, and track deliverables to ensure timely execution while defining migration scope and collaborating with cross-functional teams to manage dependencies. Provide regular updates on status, risks, and issues to the Data Migration Project Lead, facilitate solution design for identified gaps, and drive documentation, validation, and defect resolution activities. Coordinate data migration inputs for cutover planning and ensure system configuration readiness with the template team. This full-time role begins in September with a ramp-up phase, lasting 12+ months within a Scandinavian consulting firm focusing on Nordic engineering standards and business outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in SAP project or workstream management
- Strong experience in the SAP Procure-to-Pay functional data domain, covering procurement, purchasing, and inbound logistics
- Experience in functional data migration in SAP ERP transformations, ideally S/4HANA
- Ability to lead a team of consultants or data experts within the assigned domain
- Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Self-driven personality, able to operate in high-pressure, fast-moving, and complex environments
- Experience working with cross-functional business and IT teams
- Very good English communication skills
