Job Summary
Lead the design, coordination, and execution of end-user training for SAP S/4HANA across regions, ensuring readiness for Go Live and beyond. Manage the global EUT master schedule, coordinate regional logistics, establish scalable Train-the-Trainer programs, track adoption and certification metrics, and partner with Deloitte to localise training materials. Coordinate translations (e.g., Spanish, Simplified Chinese), enable WalkMe digital adoption tools, and develop a sustainable learning framework with job aids and ongoing materials. Drive learning operations, governance, and stakeholder engagement with Regional Transformation & Change Leads to enable effective deployment and continuous capability uplift.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in change/readiness within SAP or ERP programs
- Proven experience leading global learning programs for SAP S/4HANA or ERP transformations
- Strong program and stakeholder management capabilities
- Experience working across multiple regions and time zones
- Ability to develop learning plans, schedules, and reporting frameworks
- Experience creating SAP learning materials and support aids
- Exposure to digital platforms such as SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce Health Cloud, WalkMe
- Strong communication and influencing skills within complex programs
