SAP Operations Specialist II

Job Summary
SAP Operations Specialist II role focused on ensuring the integrity, consistency, and accuracy of SAP-driven production data flow. Manage end-to-end lifecycle of production and subcontracting orders, including material consumption, co-product recording, TECO closures, BOMs, Routings, and Production Versions; perform audits to reduce inventory discrepancies; develop and distribute reports on yield, consumption trends, and stock to support management decisions; analyze SAP S/4HANA data to drive best-in-class data accuracy and implement standard reporting for global consolidation. Requires strong Excel skills, SAP S/4HANA PP/MM knowledge, production order management experience, batch management, and the ability to operate in a manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in production control, inventory management, or SAP-related operational roles
- High School Diploma (Required)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields (desirable)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Data Management)
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA (PP/MM modules)
- Understanding of Production Order management
- Experience in Batch Management
- Knowledge of Inbound Deliveries and Subcontracting processes
- Ability to manage large datasets with procedural thinking and accuracy
- Valid driver’s license and ability to meet MVR requirements
