Job Summary
Gather and analyze business requirements for vendor invoice management, translating them into functional specifications and configuring OpenText VIM within the SAP environment. Collaborate with technical teams on solution design, integration, and troubleshooting, while performing functional and integration testing for newly designed solutions. Lead workshops and training sessions for end-users, document blueprints and test cases, and ensure compliance with organizational policies. Support Deloitte Member Firms by delivering SAP Finance solutions that optimize invoice management processes. Requires 4+ years of OpenText VIM experience in an SAP environment, including end-to-end implementation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business, or related field
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with OpenText VIM in an SAP environment
- Experience in 2 end to end implementation on OpenText VIM
- Strong understanding of SAP Accounts Payable (AP) processes
- Experience in SAP ECC or S/4HANA
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with SAP workflow, DP document type, Process type, Archive Link configurations and OCR integration with IES (IC4S)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex business concepts in non-technical terms
Desired Qualifications
- OpenText VIM certification
- Exposure to other SAP modules (MM, FI, etc.)
- Experience with SAP Fiori and UI5
- Previous consulting or client-facing experience
