Job Summary
Lead SAP/Odoo implementation projects from requirements analysis through go-live and post-implementation support. Conduct fit/gap analysis, basic design, and configuration for SAP modules, while creating functional specifications, business flow diagrams, and system solution policies. Manage cutover planning, user training, and post-go-live inquiries, collaborating with business departments, clients, and overseas teams to drive consensus and project delivery.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in ERP/SAP implementation projects
- Knowledge and experience of one of the SAP modules (FI/CO/SD/MM/PS)
- Experience participating in the entire implementation project process
- Experience communicating independently with business departments
- Experience understanding and creating standard documentation required for SAP projects
- Japanese: Business-level or above
Desired Qualifications
- Business-level or above English proficiency
- Knowledge and implementation experience of SAP BTP/Side-by-Side extensions
